Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow
5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
